Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. HVAC Marketing Manager- Blended in Newport News, Virginia
JOB OBJECTIVE: To develop and implement a Blended HVAC Marketing Plan based on the HQ HVAC Marketing Plan and Business Group Initiatives. Blended marketing initiatives include managing the equipment promotions and equipment manufacturer’s Co-Op, managing local Branch promotions, and utilizing HQ Marketing Department Services including email marketing, media planning, communications, and graphic design.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will work with branch associates and district management to execute requested marketing initiatives
Represent Blended as part of a Marketing Group that meets 2-3 times per year to review Marketing Plans, discuss branch marketing issues
Proactively working with branch associates to effectively utilize Branch Co Op allocations from HVAC vendors
Maintain and update local information on Branch Distributor websites
Manage and be accountable for all of the marketing programs and activities in their Districts
Ensure compliance with all elements of the Branch Style Guidelines set forth from the Marketing Department
Manage marketing vendor relationships once agreements have been approved by HVAC Segment Marketing Manager
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service
Abide by all company policies, rules, and regulations
Abide by all company safety rules, regulations and procedures
Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives
Work overtime as needed
Must be open to heavy travel the first 3-6 months and then about 30-35% travel after.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
Possess good oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Event Marketing experience helpful
Advertising, Media, Marketing, Promotions experience helpful.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS: Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory including arriving at the time scheduled by the supervisor daily.
